I wanted to complement Murfreesboro Hyundai for finding the vehicle I wanted and working with me on price by way of email and phone. I live 300 miles away from this dealership but was willing to travel because I felt the people there took my interest in buying a new Tucson in a serious manner and were willing to communicate with me by email which was my preferred method of communication. They found the Tucson that met my needs, had it delivered to the dealership, and we had a purchase agreement in place. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was greeted and the Tucson was prepared for the test drive. After the test drive, paperwork was filled out. The only negative (and this is a very small negative) was the wait we encountered before we could see the business manager to sign the final contracts. I believe it may have been between 2 and 3 hours. This did seem longer than needed and the only explanation we received was the business manager was with another customer. When we did see the business manager the process was very smooth and conducted in a professional manner. Afterwords, Michael helped us set up electronics in the Tucson and we took possession and departed. We are enjoying our new Tucson very much. My only disappointment is my 2017 only came with 3 months of free bluelink service where the 2018 models have 3 years of complimentary bluelink service. I believe Hyundai Motor Corporation should extend this to 2017 models.

I don't go to other dealerships. I don't like being "sold" to. I enjoy doing my own homework and then going to the dealership and being able to select the car that I want with friendly guidance. No one at this dealership pressures me or tells me to pick something that is outside of what I am looking for in a car. The sales department and the service department partnered together to get me traded into a great new vehicle when the time came. I could tell that they really wanted me to be happy for many years to come. I do all my buying and maintenance in one place.
Very pleased with the service I received from this dealership! I live in Nashville but drove to Murfreesboro VW/Hy because they always work with you, and honor the best deals. My first Jetta was totaled due to a flooding issue so needed to buy another. We shopped around at multiple dealerships-but ultimately chose Murfreesboro VW, HY because they gave us the best price, service, and options. Everyone that helped us was so accommodating to my situation and budget. The sales consultant Terry Upton was also so fun to work with. He even remembered that my favorite band is The Beatles-so when I went to pick up my new car he had The Beatles channel playing on the SiriusXM!!
Seriously needed a new car. Mr lyles saw that I was not being attended to, and possibly in a rush. In just a few short hours my truck was traded in, and I was driving a 2018 Tiguan to work that afternoon. My experience there was great and I'll recommend it to everyone
